Refund & Exchange Policy
At Wara.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
After 14 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

The product must be in its original condition and packaging

All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or stitched-on-demand outfits

Intimate or personal wear items (for hygiene reasons)

Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling
Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable in case of size issues, defective items, or wrong item received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Exchange is subject to product availability

Only one-time exchange is allowed per order
To request an exchange, please contact us at wara.official.team@gmail.com with your order number and clear images of the product.
Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for defective items or if the wrong product was delivered

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Sale Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds. Exchange may be offered only in case of defect or incorrect item.
Return Shipping

Wara.pk is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
(Return address will be shared once your return request is approved.)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at wara.official.team@gmail.com. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
